The First Thursday Street Gallery is from April to November, on the first Thursday of each month. Three blocks are closed off in NW Portland between Everett and Johnson on 13th street from 5 to 10 p.m. The gallery showcases hand-made and original artwork by local area artists. Come down to see the art and enjoy the setting!

We are looking forward the the 2008 season of the Street Gallery, and would like to announce some improvements, policies and changes.

1. All of the spaces this year will now be 10 feet long. This means there will will fewer spaces available than in the past, and the jurying may be more stringent, however, the price will remain 25.00 dollars per space.
2. The second block from Irving to Johnson will now be the Fashion and Jewelry Block. This block is nearly full, and there will be no advanced registration for Jewelers on the other two blocks, however walk in spaces may still be available.
3. Starting in May, each block will have its own sign up table, to cut down on set up time.
4. No cars will be allowed into the event between 4:15pm and 10:15pm, however, you may still park in your space, provided it is part of your display.
5. Improvements, policies and changes will be announced on the Website, so please keep checking back.
